The Energy [R]evolution project was formulated by Greenpeace International, with a goal of lowering Co2 emissions and making the world a better place. The Energy [R]evolution project had a goal that was to cut the co2 emissions by 1/3 by the year of 2050. Greenpeace placed alternative, clean energy sources all around the world including the Himalayas, China, Spain, Kenya, Indonesia, and many more. The energy revolution project also wanted to phase out dirty energy sources such as coal and oil. They wanted to ensure that we as humans had a respect for natural limits, would not use the earth’s nonrenewable energy sources anymore, and that we would strictly use only proven renewable resources. The energy revolution project is one step closer to having a cleaner and healthier planet!
